2005: Canada (Solo & Sisu rocked with numerous Group placements and 2 Group 1sts!)

Arnprior Canine Association May 14th & 15th	Solo won BOB both days and won Group 4th on Sunday with lovely compliments from the judge, Leslie Belfit.
Hochelaga Kennel Club May 21st - 23rd	Star won BOB all weekend and finished off with a lovely Group 3 on the holiday Monday (Thank you, Michael Wood). Solo won BOB on the two days he competed and made the final 6 in the group on both days.
Thetford Mines Canine Society May 28th & 29th	A four-show weekend with both Solo and Sisu winning BOB at every show. Solo also won Group 3 at all 4 shows while Sisu won Group 4 at both shows on Sunday (pictured here with Leslie Rogers).
Erie Shores Kennel Club June 2nd - 5th	Solo won BOB on three days and finished off on Sunday winning his 5th Group 3 of the year!
St Francis Kennel & Obedience Club June 11th & 12th	Solo won BOB again at every show and also came home with another Group 3 and Group 4.
Association Canine de la Mauricie Inc. June 24th - 26th	Solo again won BOB at every show and came home with his 7th Group 3 and 3rd Group 4 of the year.
Chateauguay Valley Kennel Club July 1st - 4th	Solo & Sisu both did us proud: Sisu made the cut in the Group on Friday, Solo won Group 2 on Saturday and then went one better with the Group 1 on both Sunday and Monday with Sisu chasing at his heels on Monday coming away with a Group 2!!
Samoyed Club of Ontario July 23rd	Solo was awarded the 1st Award of Merit at the Specialty under breeder-judge, Barbara Heal. Thanks for thinking so highly of our boy.
Thousand Islands Kennel and Obedience Club Aug 19th - 21st	Solo won his 4th Group 4 on Friday and Skye won a Group 4 on Sunday!
Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Dog Association Aug 26th - 29th	Solo won his 5th Group 4 on Monday under American judge Jane Kay.
Samoyed Association of Canada National Specialty Aug 28th	Solo won Best of Opposite Sex at the 2005 Canadian National Specialty under Dr Robert Berndt.
Alaskan Malamute Club of Canada National Specialty Sept 3rd	Skye did very well and also came home with a large Best of Opposite Sex ribbon (not to be outdone by Solo, of course!).
Ottawa Kennel Club Nov 19th - 23rd	Solo won BOB every day and also his 8th Group 3 of the year under US judge Judy Doniere. Our two puppies were out for the first time in Canada. Daisy did very well gaining 5 points towards her championship winning Winners Bitch every day & BOW/BOS on Friday for 3 points! Donald also won Winners Dog on Friday starting his Canadian show career off well!

2005: USA (Our first three home-bred American Champions - woohoo!)

North Country Kennel Club April 1st	Skye wins Best of Winners and Best of Opposite (over specials) for her third 3-point major. Sisu won Reserve Winners Dog
Chambersburg Area Kennel Club/AMCA Mid-East Area Specialty April 15th	Skye becomes an *American Champion* with her 4th major, winning Best of Winners at the Specialty under judge Helen Lee James.
St Lawrence Valley Kennel Club June 4th	Star won Winners Bitch and BOS for her last two points to become an *American Champion! Sisu won WD, BOW* and BOB, also gaining two more points towards his American title.
North Country Kennel Club June 5th	Sisu, once again, won WD, BOW and BOB for another two points while Star, from the specials class, won BOS.
Monroe Kennel Club October 1st & 2nd	Solo won BOB both days.
Monticello NY Kennel Club October 14th	Sisu won Reserve Winners Dog to yet another major (in the pouring rain!!).
Palisades Kennel Club/AMCA NY/NJ Area Specialty October 15th	Siru wins Best of Opposite in the Veteran Sweepstakes - still looking good at 12 years of age!!
Ramapo Kennel Club/EAMA Specialty October 16th	Sisu won the BBE class and then was awarded his umpteenth Reserve Winners Dog to a Specialty (or specialty weekend) major! One day we will get that last major on this dog! He's becoming the reserve king of the North East!
AMCA Regional Specialty October 31st - November 1st	Donald and Daisy did very well at their show debut, both placing in their sweeps classes with big entries (Donald was 2nd and Daisy was 4th) under well-known breeder Bonnie McMahon-Howen (Kasaan). Donald also won his 6-9 month puppy class at the Regional under Roger Hartinger with an entry of 19 dogs in the class. Siru was 2nd in the sweeps 12+ class under Bonnie McMahon-Howen and then went on to win the 12+ veterans class under Roger Hartinger with 5 dogs in the class both times. Sisu placed 3rd in a hotly contested BBE class under Roger Hartinger.
AMCA National Specialty November 2nd - 5th	Donald continued his winning ways coming 2nd in his sweeps class under Gena Box (Corazon) and 3rd in the regular 6 - 9 month puppy class under breeder/judge Sally Vogel (Alkai), both with over 20 dogs entered. Way to go Donald! Siru also continued her winning streak placing 1st in both the 12+ veteran sweeps class under Gena Box, and the regular 12+ veteran class under breeder/judge Rosemary Leist (Skookum). Siru also won Best 12+ Veteran in Sweeps. What a thrill that was to see her looking good and strutting her stuff with six 12+ veteran girls entered as well as one boy. Skye made the trip worthwhile by winning Grand Maturity under breeder Joanne Levy (Chena) and received many compliments on her outstanding movement.
South Windsor Kennel Club/AMCA New England Area Specialty November 26th	Sisu finally finished his American Championship with a Specialty 5-point major under breeder-judge Wendy Wilhauck (Frostfield)!! Woohoo!
